Departmental Analyst 12 - Business Process Lead Worker

Coordinate the work of the professional staff in the Customer Service (CS) process. Lead a cohesive and flexible team of analysts whose coordinated responsibilities are focused on the education and training and support of the front-line staff to improve customer service. Those responsibilities also include measuring work quantitatively and qualitatively to provide ongoing individual and process improvement.
Required Education and
Experience:
Education
Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
Experience
Three years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
