Primary responsibilities of the Customer Contact Section include providing a consistent high level of customer service to taxpayer calls and providing accurate and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
Additionally, this position will provide daily leadership to achieve metrics, staffing patterns, oversight of training of new staff, and working with the administrator on section strategic goals.
