The function and purpose of this position is to develop, coordinate, and implement recruiting initiatives to ensure a robust talent pipeline for the department, while maintaining and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
This position will also be responsible for initiating, building, and maintaining relationships within all areas of Treasury as well as with various external customers.
This position will have direct and indirect contact with the general public through various recruiting efforts.
