Responsibilities:
Perform roving patrols inside and outside the property.
Log visitors and validate credentials Prevent employee and customer theft Ability to learn and proficiently operate and monitor multiple security systems.
Ensuring that cameras are clear of obstruction Identify internal and external safety and security risks Provide exemplary customer service to all customers and fellow employees Operate under the regulatory requirements set forth by the MRA Assist in product delivery as needed.
Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
Incident response, including de-escalation and conflict management.
Escalates issues to management and/or law enforcement if appropriate Occasional snow/ice removal during inclement weather on the sidewalk/ramp/stair into the building.
Willing and able to accommodate a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holidays.
Other tasks as assigned by Security Manager or Security Supervisor Working in a cannabis production facility may expose you to cannabis plant particulates.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
